Internet Networking

Access to public cloud applications, such as Google Apps, Office 365 or Salesforce.com, has become mission-critical. But it’s too costly to run this Internet traffic over expensive MPLS connections. That’s why IP-VPN supports local Internet breakout, typically configured with web security

Of course Dedicated and Broadband access technologies vary by country, but we give you the choice of everything available in any given country: Fiber (Dedicated, FttX), Copper (SONET/SDH) ADSL, SDSL, VDSL), Cable (DOCSIS), Wireless (Microwave/Radio, WiMax, 3G/4G/LTE) and Satellite.

No need to go from Buenos Aires to Sao Paulo by way of the United States just because someone set up the central gateway in New York. IP-VPN does connect sites to one or more gateways, but also uses Cisco’s Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DM-VPN) technology to allow direct site-to-site communication.

In order to offer you the best latency, packet loss and uptime service levels, we have installed leading edge IP routing optimization technology on our POP locations and connected multiple Tier 1 IP Transit providers. We continuously measure all Internet routes and select for each session the best performing IP Transit provider.

Handoff at Dedicated Gateway or NNI

We can terminate IP-VPN connections at one or more dedicated gateways at end-customer sites or hand over on an MPLS NNI (type a/b/c) at an Expereo POP located in any of the major data centers around the world. For redundancy we provision primary and secondary connections by default.
